The production process for a lollipop production line primarily includes the following steps:
Raw Material Preparation and Processing
1. Raw Material Procurement and Inspection:
Procure raw materials such as white sugar and glucose syrup that meet standards.
The Quality Control Department conducts random sampling inspections of the raw materials to ensure they meet quality standards.
2. Warehouse Storage:
Store raw materials that have passed inspection in a dry, well-ventilated warehouse.
3. Workshop Issuance and Inspection: Prior to production, the workshop retrieves the required raw materials from the warehouse and conducts a secondary inspection.
Syrup Preparation
4. Sugar Dissolution: Add white sugar and water in a specific ratio to the dissolving kettle, heat to dissolve, and prepare the sugar solution. Control the water volume and temperature to ensure complete dissolution of the sugar.
5. Filtration: Filter the sugar solution multiple times to remove impurities and ensure the purity of the syrup.
6. Boiling: The filtered sugar solution is transferred to a boiling machine (such as a vacuum boiling machine) and heated until it reaches the desired concentration. Boiling temperature and duration are controlled to prevent caramelization or over-inversion of the syrup.
Addition and Blending of Additives
7. Addition of Ingredients: Add auxiliary ingredients such as colorants, flavorings, and acidulants to the syrup to achieve the desired taste and color.
8. Blending and Temperature Adjustment: Thoroughly mix the syrup and auxiliary ingredients until uniform. Adjust the syrup temperature to a range suitable for molding.
Molding and Cooling
9. Pouring and Molding:
Pour the blended syrup into lollipop molds.
An automatic stick inserter inserts the lollipop sticks. Depending on requirements, various types of lollipops—such as single-color, two-color, or filled—can be produced.
10. Cooling: The molded lollipops are sent to a cooling tunnel or cooling conveyor belt to solidify rapidly.
Demolding and Sorting
11. Demolding: The cooled lollipops are removed from the molds and proceed to the next process.
12. Sorting: Lollipops are sorted manually or by automated equipment to remove defective products.
Packaging and Inspection

15. Outer Packaging: The lollipops are placed into bags or boxes, where they undergo sealing, weighing, and coding.
